Weeks 1–2
Pain
Calm the dizziness down.
Guided repositioning techniques target the root cause directly and can bring real relief starting your very first visit.
What We Treat
The room tilting when you roll over in bed. A wave of dizziness when you look up. Care that starts with finding what’s driving the spinning.

Why It Happens
Dizziness doesn’t come from nowhere. Often it’s tiny calcium crystals in your inner ear that have shifted out of place, a mechanical issue called BPPV. Other times it’s your brain and inner ear falling out of sync after an illness or an injury. Either way, there’s a real, physical reason you feel unsteady.
That’s why a cause-first evaluation matters so much. Generic “wait it out” advice doesn’t fix a crystal that’s still out of place or a vestibular system that’s still out of sync. Find the actual mechanism, and the right technique usually settles it fast.
The Honest Truth
Nobody regrets starting too early. Every week, someone in our clinic says they regret waiting.
How We Fix It
Every plan has an endpoint. Here’s what the four phases look like for dizziness and vertigo.
Weeks 1–2
Pain
Guided repositioning techniques target the root cause directly and can bring real relief starting your very first visit.
Weeks 2–6
Prime
Targeted vestibular exercises retrain your inner ear and brain to work together again, rebuilding the coordination that’s been thrown off.
Weeks 6–10
Perform
Real-world movement and head-turn drills rebuild the confidence to turn, look up, and go about your day without bracing for the spin.
Weeks 10+
Prevent
A prevention plan targets the habits and positions that triggered symptoms in the first place, confirmed before you’re cleared to go all-in: that’s the endpoint, not just another appointment.
Brad is absolutely amazing! Very attentive and answers all my questions before I even know I had them. He’s super kind and super knowledgeable at what he does. I recommend him to everyone!

Questions, Answered
Yes, especially when the dizziness comes from your inner ear. Conditions like BPPV, tiny crystals shifting out of place, respond very well to specific repositioning techniques, often within just a few visits. The first step is always a thorough evaluation to confirm that’s actually what’s causing your symptoms, since not all dizziness comes from the same place.
If sudden, severe dizziness comes with chest pain, slurred speech, numbness, or a severe headache, go to the ER right away. Don’t wait on a PT appointment for those symptoms, they can signal something more serious than an inner-ear issue. Physical therapy helps with vestibular and balance-related dizziness, once anything urgent has been ruled out.
Many vestibular cases improve quickly, often within just a few visits. A full plan still moves through all four phases, Pain, Prime, Perform, and Prevent, tailored to how long you’ve been dealing with the dizziness. Either way, you get a plan with an endpoint: you’ll always know which phase you’re in and what’s left, not an open-ended string of appointments.
