What It Is

Real PT, on your screen.

A telehealth visit is a real appointment with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, not a phone call with a form attached. You’re face to face on video, walking through how your week went and what your body is telling you.

It’s a strong fit for evaluation follow-ups, exercise coaching, and progress check-ins, especially if you’re a busy parent or professional who can’t easily get away for an appointment, or you’re managing your recovery from outside Louisville.

Some things still need hands-on treatment. If your evaluation calls for manual work, we’ll tell you honestly and get you scheduled in the clinic instead of pretending a screen can do it all.

What It Helps

Care that travels with you.

Life gets full, and appointments get pushed. That’s fair. But the longer a flare-up goes unchecked, the more it can chip away at progress you’ve already made.

You log in and we check in on the week.

Questions, Answered

Telehealth, no guesswork.

Telehealth is great for coaching, exercise reviews, and progress check-ins, but it can’t replace hands-on treatment. If your evaluation calls for manual work, we’ll tell you honestly and get you scheduled in the clinic instead. You’ll always know which visit is the right fit before we book it.

Just a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and a stable internet connection. We’ll send you a simple link before your visit, so there’s nothing to download and nothing complicated to set up before we get started.

It depends on your plan: telehealth is coded differently than an in-person visit, and insurers don’t all treat it the same way. We verify your exact benefits before your first session, so there’s no surprise on your bill. Questions before then? Call us at (502) 509-3136.
