We find the exact restriction.
Skilled, hands-on technique for the restrictions stretching and rest can’t reach: a joint that’s lost its glide, or tissue tightened around it.
What It Is
You’ve stretched. You’ve rested. You’ve given it time. That wasn’t the wrong move, it just couldn’t reach this. Some restrictions sit too deep for exercise alone to touch: a joint that’s lost its glide, soft tissue that’s tightened around it. Left alone, that kind of restriction doesn’t loosen on its own. It teaches the muscles around it to guard instead.
Manual therapy is skilled, hands-on technique: joint mobilization and soft tissue work aimed at that exact spot. A cause-first evaluation finds exactly where the restriction lives. Then we move it directly, guiding the joint and tissue back toward the range they’ve lost.
This is one of Dr. Conder’s core specialties, and it’s always delivered personally. One-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, every visit, never handed off.
Hands-on, every visit
What It Helps
If a joint feels stuck no matter what you do, there’s a good chance a restriction is the reason.

Questions, Answered
Some techniques can feel uncomfortable for a moment, especially at a joint that’s been stiff for a while. It shouldn’t be painful. We explain exactly what we’re doing before we do it, and we always adjust to your comfort, every visit.
Manual therapy is delivered by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, not as a standalone adjustment, but as one part of a broader plan built around your movement. We pair the hands-on work with guided exercise, so the gain in motion becomes a gain you keep.
Manual therapy is typically included as part of your regular PT visit, not billed separately. We verify your exact benefits before your first session, so there’s no surprise on your bill. Questions before then? Call us at (502) 509-3136.
