Rachel Schneider

Administrative Assistant

Rachel was born and raised in Louisville, and wouldn’t have it any other way!
She is currently working through graduate school with the end goal of becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), This is her 3rd degree, and so far, her favorite.

I have always thrived in people-focused jobs, and love any opportunity to help people. Bringing a smile or solution to another person’s life makes me feel fulfilled. I’ve spent almost a decade honing my hospitality skills to ensure that each client truly feels that we care (because we do!)

Core values

I deeply value honesty, empathy, & communication. Together, these lead to greater understanding for one another. We are all just humans living life for the first time.

    Favorite Movies:

    • Clue (1985)
    • Robots (2005)
    • The Perks of Being a Wallflower (2012)

I am part of our front desk team, and handle many aspects of patient care from hospitality to administrative matters. Whether it’s scheduling, patient follow-up, compiling reports, or anything along those lines, I love the variety my job lets me experience.

Here at Focus, we have created such a unique environment, and I love getting to be part of it. We are communicative, efficient, collaborative, and fun. Teamwork is more than just a word to us.

Whenever I’m not at work (or in class), I enjoy spending time with friends, working out, playing card games, and getting creative. I don’t have many true hobbies, but I love spending quality time with the people I love.
