Through my work at Focus Physical Therapy, I aim to serve the patients/customers who come to us with a problem that needs to be solved. I believe everybody deserves grace and kindness and that we also need to extend that grace and kindness to ourselves. Especially when trying to heal from an injury.
I want to be able to fix patients experience with physical therapy and help be a cog in the wheel that fixes their perspective on coming and completing physical therapy.
Kassidy Scott is one of two administrative assistants at Focus Physical Therapy. She is well versed in customer service and the customer experience and has worked in customer service for 7 years. She considers herself a people person and loves talking to new people.

Outside of the office I like to write stories and create fictional worlds, report stories when and where I can, explore the city and its endless nature and activities, and spend time with friends and loved ones.
