Dr. Nick Beckham

Physical Therapist

Dr. Nick Beckham has been practicing as a physical therapist since 2017 after graduating with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Bellarmine University with high honors. Prior to becoming a PT, Nick earned a BA in Psychology & also worked for many years as a personal trainer, both of which developed his interest in wanting to work with people & empower them to better their quality of life.

Nick is a lifelong native to the Louisville area & currently works for Focus PT in the industrial sector as a subcontractor for Parker, as well as a Physical Therapist in our Eastpoint clinic. Outside of work, Nick enjoys traveling, cooking, & spending time with his wife, daughter, & fur babies.

Before working in the industrial area of practice, Nick spent many years working in both Outpatient & Home settings, specializing in chronic pain management & post-op rehab, respectively. Nick practices a patient-centered care approach & believes listening to his patients to be a key to helping people reach their physical goals, maximize their overall ability to function, & live their lives to the fullest.

Here at Focus Physical Therapy, Dr. Nick Beckham wants to help patients who don’t know what to do during a pain flare-up. Conditions I enjoy treating are post-op total knee replacements and tennis elbow.

He work for Focus PT both as a physical therapist in the clinic, and as an Early Intervention Consultant for our onsite contracts.

I love working at Focus Physical Therapy. Being able to provide one-on-one care for every patient makes a real difference.

When not working he enjoys playing with his daughter, & trying new places to eat.
