"Are you okay?"

Robert

Robert...

"Yeah, just working at a desk for so long is really starting to catch up with me."

Maggie

Maggie...

"Ugh, that's miserable. I've been there. I actually see someone in town now that's helped me out a ton. My neck doesn't really bother me anymore."

Robert

Robert...

"Oh yeah?"

Maggie

Maggie...

"Yeah, they're called Focus Physical Therapy. They're over in Mellwood and the East End. I can give them your info if you want. They'll call you, they'll text you and get you set up. Everyone starts out with a free visit, which was awesome. They tell you everything that's wrong, they give you a full exam, it's great. Totally free. Do you want me to pass your info off to them?"

Robert

Robert...

"That'd be great, actually. Thanks!"

Maggie

Maggie...

"Oh, no problem! I'll let them know your number!"

That was meant to show just how easy it is to help someone in referring them to Focus PT. One of our most frequently asked questions is, "how do I refer someone? How do I help a friend or family member?" So many times in the clinics, we'll casually hear, "oh my god, so and so would love your services! So and so needs you! So and so at work is having this!"

Telling someone, "oh yeah, let my PT call you!" is easier than you might think. All you have to do is ask them if it's okay for you to give us their number. From there, we'll do the rest of the work. There's nothing weird about it, as it's helping them out. If you ask for permission for us to call them, that's all you need to do. We'll handle the rest. We hope this helped you out, as we get this question a lot!
