Are You in Pain? We’ve Got Your Back.
At Focus Physical Therapy, we find and treat the source of your pain and compassionately push you forward until you reach the finish line. Whatever that might be for you - whether it's getting back on the field playing sports, playing with your grandkids, or just being able to sleep through the night without waking up in pain. So, whatever your physical obstacle – low back pain, neck, shoulder, knee, foot or ankle pain, sciatica, muscle stiffness, or scoliosis, we help you overcome it.
Focus Physical Therapy's mission is to put you first by providing excellent patient care and improving your physical therapy experience. We get to know all our patients and provide joy and comfort at every session by building personal, one-on-one relationships.
We’re a proactive physical therapy clinic - challenging the healthcare norm of high volume and treatments, guided by insurance. We practice physical therapy differently - rejecting the idea that there is a time limit on patient care. Instead, we prioritize outstanding customer service AND clinical excellence – taking great pleasure and pride in improving the health and wellbeing of the people of Louisville as a trusted community partner.
Well, we know that finding out what your "why" is. Your reason for wanting to fix your knee pain, neck pain, or sciatica is an integral part of your treatment plan. It's the motivating force that drives you to keep going, to keep doing the exercises we prescribe, and for you to give healing everything you’ve got. So, we’ve always got time to chat with our patients.
Our physical therapy appointments are all one-on-one. When you attend, you can expect top-level clinical expertise and unrivaled care thanks to the passion and constant learning and growth of the Focus Physical Therapy team.
We put you first because we know that effective physical therapy requires one-on-one attention provided by highly trained and motivated staff. As a result, our therapists offer the best and most cost-effective treatment for all types of musculoskeletal conditions.
We help you find out what’s wrong, so you can stay active, play sports, run a marathon, or start going to the gym - and we do it the natural way without painkillers, injections, or dangerous surgeries.
Don’t let fear of pain hold you back. Let us help.
How long have you been in pain?
Weeks? Months? Decades?
So many patients that come to see us have put off getting help for their pain for six months or more. In fact, some people have been in pain for most of their life – unable to find the cause or find relief. But these are the cases we live for at Focus Physical Therapy. We love to help patients who have:
Is that you?
If that is you and you've been in pain for more time than you care to remember and have almost given up hope that you'll ever get out of pain, we have news for you; There is hope. We have a special interest in “difficult cases” (as well as regular stiff knees, necks, and lower backs), and our positive results and customer testimonials speak for themselves.
We can help you feel better. Potentially even better than you’ve felt in months, years, even decades. But we appreciate that people who have been in lasting pain have usually tried many things already – maybe even other physical therapists, so you're probably hesitant about trying us, right?
Well, you don’t have to worry about that because we offer all new patients a complimentary opportunity to talk to one of our physical therapists on the phone – with zero financial investment on your part – before you decide whether to go ahead with treatment to fix your issue. Owner and Physical Therapist
With a master’s degree and a doctorate in Physical Therapy, Brad is a board-certified orthopedic specialist and member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Kentucky Physical Therapy Association (Private Practice Section).
Dr. Conder specializes in what he calls “difficult cases” - rejecting the use of the more familiar term “chronic pain” because he says, "chronic pain suggests that the pain is persistent and will constantly reoccur." He considers chronic pain to be a defeatist term, an unhelpful label that plants the idea that the pain is permanent when in most cases, with Brad’s help, patients can and do recover. He firmly believes that hope plays a pivotal role in healing.
